About Me
My name is Liza, and I am a licensed English and Italian language teacher. I graduated with a Master’s Degree from Eötvös Loránd University, Hungary. Currently, I live in Groß-Gerau, Germany.
During my university studies, I have won two international internships: I studied in Perugia, Italy, and I also worked as a teacher in Helsinki, Finland. I know how it feels to study, work and live in a different country, the beauty and the hardships of it as well. That is why I founded the Heard it from the Cat Language Studio: I want to help others prepare well for similar journeys.
I am familiar with several types of language exams, such as IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge for English, and CELI or CILS for Italian. For Hungarian students, I offer exam preparation for the Origó and BME language exams, and I can prepare German students for the TELC language exam.
Teaching brings happiness to my life. It is the channel through which I can show my creativity and passion.
Oh, and do you know what else brings me joy? My cat! Hence the name….

Parent Conference
Online meeting for parents who would like to have a deep insight into their children’s progress or would like to talk about future goals. We discuss the student’s strengths and areas for improvement.

Study with a friend (4x60-minute lesson package for pairs and small groups)
Would you like to study English together with a friend? You can also book lessons in pairs or small groups. This option is perfect if you: are preparing for the same English exam / would like a more relaxed and motivating learning environment / want a more affordable option than individual lessons. You can book lessons in pairs (2 students) or in small groups (3–5 students). Each lesson is personalized based on the group’s goals and level.
Pricing:
2 students → 20 € / student / lesson
3 students → 15 € / student / lesson
3+ students → 13 € / student / lesson
1x60-minute Single Lesson
Ideal for those who need to focus on short-term language goals (e.g., a job interview or a test). If you would not like to commit to a package yet, you can take as many Single Lessons as you need.

Package of 4 Lessons (1:1)
This package includes 4 individual 60-minute online lessons. Lessons are fully personalized and focus on:
Exam preparation (A2-C2)
English or Italian for international purposes (work or study abroad)
speaking and writing skills
Perfect if you would like to study once a week. All lessons must be used within 1 month.
Price: 120 €
Package of 8 lessons (1:1)
This package includes 8 individual 60-minute online lessons. Lessons are fully personalised and focus on:
Exam preparation (A2-C2)
English or Italian for international purposes (work or study abroad)
speaking and writing skills
Perfect if you would like to study twice a week or prepare for an exam more intensively. All lessons must be used within 1 month.
Price: 220 €
Package of 12 lessons (1:1)
This intensive package includes 12 individual 60-minute online lessons. Lessons are fully personalised and focus on:

Ideal if you are preparing for an exam in a short time or need fast progress. Recommended: 3 lessons per week. All lessons must be used within 1 month.
